OSO Returns Policy 

OSO accept returns within 28 days from the date you received your order. OSO does not offer a free returns service and the shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.

Please keep a copy of your proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.

We cannot accept claims of items being damaged, broken or missing after this time. By purchasing any of our products the buyer accepts our return policy.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your Statutory Consumer Rights.

If we receive damaged or missing items, we have the right to make a charge to cover the cost of this and this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 4 days of receiving the items. Once processed, a refund shall be credited back to the buyers original payment method.

Damaged items must be reported to us immediately to info@osotanned.com Please do not dispose of the damaged items without prior written confirmation from us as we may require the product to be returned to us for further examination.
